1. Mail Club "Letters from the Dream Realms"
Every letter is carefully prepared, sealed, and sent with intention. Once your envelope leaves our hands, it begins its journey through national and international postal services.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched according to the schedule stated at checkout or on the product page. You will be notified once your letter has been sent.
Postal Services & Delivery
After dispatch, delivery is handled by local and international postal services.
While we package every letter securely, we cannot control delays, damage, loss, or misdelivery caused by postal providers.
Unfortunately, postal systems may occasionally fail to deliver an envelope as intended.
Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Letters
If your letter does not arrive, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at:

Include your order number and delivery address if possible.
Refunds & Replacements
If postal failure is confirmed or reasonably suspected:
You may request a refund for the individual letter, or
A replacement letter, subject to available stock.
Replacement letters can only be sent while supplies last. For limited editions, refunds may be offered instead if no replacements remain.
Timeframe for Claims
Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist you promptly
2. Fine Art Prints
A4 & A3 prints will be sent in a sturdy cardboard wrap, to lower shipping prices.
A2 prints will be sent in a sturdy shipping tube.
When you buy a fine art print, it will be carefully packaged and distributed by vanrup, the artist herself to take care of the quality and to guarantee the best possible personal experience.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched (orders will usually be dispatched earlier than this but this allows for busier periods). All orders are sent via tracked and insured services mostly with DHL. You will receive an email with a tracking reference once your order is shipped.
Please be aware that once an order is placed, it is not possible to amend shipping details or order details (e.g. swapping prints). Please confirm you have entered the correct shipping address before confirming your order. When paying with Apple Pay or PayPal, the shipping address field may automatically be filled in according to your saved shipping details with your payment provider, so please check this is correct too. No refunds will be issued to customers who do not receive their order due to inputting the incorrect address.
Toll and customs
International buyers may incur import taxes, custom duties, and fees. These costs are not included in the print price or shipping, and buyers are responsible for these additional charges
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived, it must be reported to me within 3 months of the order date. After that time, I may no longer be able to assist.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please email me at support@vanrup.art within 5 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage. For prints, a replacement will be issued. For original paintings, I will work with you to assess the issue and find a suitable solution.
