FAQ's
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! All prints are available for international shipping and come with tracking numbers.
Please note, you are responsible to be aware of your country’s importing laws. I have already done everything possible to comply with international shipping and customs regulations, but you are still responsible for all customs fees and duties. Please research and be aware of your local government’s taxing laws and importing duties.
Notes for U.S. collectors:From August 2025 onward, U.S. Customs applies import fees and taxes to all shipments, regardless of value. Limited fine art prints (HS 9702.90) usually enter duty-free, but carriers may charge small import processing or state tax fees upon delivery (typically $10 – 25). These charges are collected by U.S. Customs or your local carrier and are not included in the shop prices.
Where do you have your prints manufactured?
The glicée fine art prints are produced locally in Germany using state-of-the-art technologies and art print standards on sustainable paper from Hahnemühle in Germany.
Why are the prints limited edition?
⟡ To preserve authenticity: Each print is a direct echo of an original painting — Limiting the edition ensures that every piece remains true to its source and not diluted by mass production.
⟡ To maintain quality and intention: Every print is carefully checked, signed, numbered, and packaged by hand. Small editions allow me to personally oversee the process and guarantee the level of care I want each piece to receive.
⟡ To give each collector something rare: Owning one of these prints means owning something that won’t exist in unlimited numbers. They’re created to feel personal — like a private fragment of the larger universe of vanrup.
⟡ There’s also a very real, practical reason:
By keeping the editions limited, the prints are treated internationally almost like original artworks — this simplifies customs procedures, accelerates shipping, and allows me to offer them more efficiently and safely across borders.
Limitation isn’t only about exclusivity; it’s about integrity — creative, logistical, and financial. It ensures that every piece travels smoothly and remains part of a system built on fairness, care, and authenticity.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping location and are subject to change. I have done everything possible to simplify the shipping process so that the prints can be easily recognized by customs and processed further. As this is the first drop, I am not yet able to share any precise experience values or time frames—thank you for your understanding. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch to monitor the status of your shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What is the policy on returns?
The limited prints are made to order, so I cannot accept returns. However if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, I will replace it. See more in the Refund Policy.
