How subscriptions work

Key points at a glance:

  • The first payment will be charged immediately after your first purchase.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time!
  • Subsequent monthly payments will be charged on the 6th
  • Your "Letter from the Dream Realm" will then be sent around the 15th

Note: The cutoff date for the monthly Mail Club is the 6th. So if you subscribe to the club on the 6th, your first delivery won’t arrive until the month after next.

 

How can I change my shipping address?

Simply log in to the customer portal, go to your subscription, and edit your shipping address in the menu on the right. The change will take effect with your next delivery. 

Note: If you don't have a Shopify account yet, sign in with the email address you used for your order, and you'll receive a verification code via email. If you don't receive it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder. 

 

How can I skip a payment?

You can skip or postpone a payment in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, there is a “Skip Payment” button that you can use to skip the payment.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal! Simply log in using the email address you provided when you placed your order.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If your subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed, you'll receive an email with a link that lets you securely update your payment method. If you don't take any action, we'll try to charge you twice more before your subscription is automatically canceled.
